I was surprised and unhappy. The building supplies every where and not being able to use the facilities i paid for. The breakfast was not very good at all. The staff.
Poor planning when building under construction. Elevator out of service, rooms only available on 8th floor. Front desk originally basically told us we should find another hotel after traveling all day by car & exhausted. No suggestions. Finally gave us a room on 5th floor & when my husband went there , he walked in on a man in the shower!!! Why didn’t they call us & give us a heads up, so we could decide weather to go somewhere else before we arrived??? Bed , pillows were comfortable & bedding clean . It was a disaster. Very disappointing. I was alss changed a Daly parkin or for (4) days on premises Nothing was there to be liked. We were deceived. The building is in disrepair and under ongoing repair and construction work and workers everywhere. All amenities were blacked off with ongoing construction work..... The main entrance blocked off .. the pool area blacked out... and on our last day they were no hot Water in the bathroom Plumbing for usage. Nothing. The worse I have seen in all of my hotel stay.
