You get what you pay for. The pool is indoors however the heating system is in disrepair and apparently has been for some time so it's not usable unless you care for a polar plunge. The clerk lacked luster at best with his greeting and communication. He could use a customer service refresher course. The Continental breakfast isn't worth mentioning. Very Poor The bathroom was dirty, the 1st floor smelled like gas at 400am. The pool was not heated. Rooms look like they can use a make over. The comers of the room was dirty so was the walls. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice

Mala experiencia Él aseo pesimo en la habitacion 517 donde me hospedé con mí pareja mal él Aseo él shower estaba tapado y el hearing no trabajaba se pidió que lo cambiaran y no hicieron nada todo la noche tuvimos que sufrir frío. Y si me tocó pagar doble vez de Depósito de 100 usD.las tarjetas que me dieron para abrir la puerta tampoco trabajan. Él desayuno regular

One with “exhausting”. It too 3 trips up and down the elevator to get an acceptable room. First room still had staff cleaning it, I waited in the hallway. Once inside the television didn’t work. Second room had the smoke detector chirping. Third room finally worked. Price and convenient located

Fair Everything under renovation. No heater in pool or pool area, no fitness room available. Comfortable bed.

Bad -no hot water the first day -electricity went out second day due to weather but you should have a generator since it was 20 degrees outside and freezing in our room. -bed bugs possibly since my brother was very itchy -refrigerator out of order, poor communication to try to fix this problem since do not disturb was on door but I was told by different staff that maintenance will still enter room. -food spoiled in refrigerator due to this but management told me they will credit me $50 but the food that wasted was more than ... read more
