Make repairs update facility and make it mandatory that staff attend customer service etiquette classes. It looked like it was a hotel that had seen better days. One of the first signs to greet you was a dog eared sign that said please excuse our appearance. We are renovating. The sign looked like it had been up for at least two years. it was so dog-eared and yellowed. Carpet stains greeted you once you stepped out of the lobby. Don’t wanna stay again at all The room was dirty, with urine stains on the toilet and unclean bedding. The staff member switched the keys to another room without even apologizing – as if sending guests to a dirty room was normal. Sadly, the second room was also dirty. The TV looked like it was from the last century. A very disappointing experience for $100. It wasn’t worth it.
Never again Dirty, door didn’t lock, toilet barely flushed, missing curtain, only one bed had a comforter, tub didn’t drain properly. ADA elevator broke down. Location
