O.K. Cleanliness, the rugs were disgusting, I do not think they have ever been cleaned. All of the furniture was pulled 6 inches away from the walls. I have seen this when exterminators have sprayed for bugs. The staff was very friendly.

I Need a Safe Comfort space in Challenging times. The ada fee for a Need . Mad The little ada lift was difficult. Sometimes I walked with my rolladar walker upstairs. I wrote an email to corporate. Poor
We did not stay! The attitude of the young man at the front desk. I did not stay. My reservation was messed up. While waiting in the lobby we saw a big bug crawling towards us at the front desk. Nothing.
Horrible. The staff, the keys did not work the entirety of the stay. Every time we needed to get in we had to go to the front desk at least 3 times per time we needed to get in.

Stay is decent The hotel is dated . The rugs need updating and in my room the toilet seat was VERY loose . I asked for maintenance but they never showed up. And the pink stuff (insulation) behind the toilet was an eye sore The breakfast was decent. Not many options but is a bonus for the price.
