Exceptional São duas unidades do mesmo hotel. O do lado esquerdo não tem atendimento físico. Tem uma tela e vc conversa com o atendente que só fala inglês mas com legendas (ridículo). A unidade do lado direito foi onde já fiquei 6 vezes ao longo dos anos. Recomendo. Dentro do padrão é excelente pq tem um ótimo café da manhã com buffet sem exageros . O atendimento é educado.
