Fair Limpeza e cheiro de cigarro no quarto Boa localização
Poor Zimmer war ungeputzt, auf den Bettlaken und -decken waren Flecken und der Boden des Badezimmers war klebrig Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Grote teleurstelling Personeel kortaf en niet vriendelijk. Het hele hotel was erg vies en overal vlekken. De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Het ontbijt was matig en beperkt. We verbleven hier 5 jaar geleden (voor corona) en toen was het een goed hotel (prijs-kwaliteit was prima). Nu is het een stuk slechter geworden, op alle punten! Enig pluspunt is de locatie maar er zijn ook andere hotels / motels in de buurt waar we dan naar toe zullen gaan. Deze helaas niet meer.

Poor Room was dirty and sheets were stained. TV barely worked and light was broken.

No me volvería a quedar en este hotel. Las instalaciones son un poco precarias, se siente un olor extraño en los pasillos y habitación. La ubicación es excelente, con opciones de transporte gratuito dentro de Sawgrass

Bed was ok but would stay there again old and worn out carpets and they need to update the rooms Carpets and hall ways were very old needs to be replaced small was not great Lobby was clean

Fair No es un hotel para pasar unas vacaciones y disfrutar de la playa. Pero por su precio barato es ideal para un viaje de compras Al llegar la habitacion se encontraba limpia, pero despues la limpieza era cada 3 dias. Co.o estuvimos solo 3 noches, nunca nos limpiaron la habitacion. El hotel es ideal para un par de dias para ir a hacer compras, por su proximodad al sawgrass mall.

No me hospede, me devolvieron según el dinero pero posteriormente me cobraron nuevamente a la tarjeta sin haberme hosped Que pague y reserve y al momento de llegar no aparecía la reservación, me toco pagar nuevamente con otra tarjeta y ellos me informaron que el primer pago me lo devolverían a los 7 días, lo cual sucedió, pero posteriormente me lo volvieron a cobrar a precio más elevado. Después que pague la habitación al momento de ingresar no fue la que había reservado por lo que no me gusto y me toco pedir también devoluc... read more
