Horrible Ac didn't work Terrible
I will not stay at this property again Let me start Reservation was for a King Room ended up in a double Elevator was broken Ice machines were on 2nd and third floor also broken Toilet seat missing rear anchor screw Lobby and room smelt musty like they had been really wet No offer to refund any part of reservation It was a room that’s about all I could say

Disappointing stay. Room door did not close automatically, it had to be leaned on both to open and close. Pillows were flat. What was really annoying was they assigned us a double bed , yes 1 double bed when I had booked a double room , ie Two persons/two beds! If they advertise a double room and mean one double bed that should be stated clearly . Hotel staff was able to accommodate my request at a neighboring property but it was very frustrating at the end of a very long day. Location
Florida is expensive, so this hotel was good in price, but I would only use it to sleep. I found a tiny roach in the bathroom. The railings for bags and to hang clothes were oxidized and the hangers were filthy. The carpet could be cleaned up and the passageway leading to the room always had a weird smell. The lift was extremely slow. The breakfast was basic. The eggs were the same every day; bland. There was no changing of the breakfast menu. Besides for those few things everything was ok. The maid comes in every 3 days. The breakfast was ok for the first 2 days. But too much of the same everyday.
WANNA GET SEVERELY ILL? BOOK LA QUINTA! The hotel is nasty musky and moldy. I had a severe allergic reaction and had to check out after 1 night although I paid for 4 nights 5 days. Had to pay to stay at another hotel, purchase medication and have been ill since. So extra funds I had to use and now LA QUINTA IS REFUSING TO REFUND ME despite them (gladys) telling me at check out that she understood and would fully refund me.
