Malos olores, sucio mucho olor a humedad, era muy claro que no se limpiaba regularmente, la ropa de cama con mal olor, la alfombra sucia sin aseo, no volvería a este hotel Cercano a Saw Grass Mills
Disappointing habitación sucia, todos los cojines manchados, baño sucio, alfombra sucia, pasillo sucio, con basura tirada, esto duro 2 días ahí.

Ruim só não foi pior porque nós arrumávamos o quarto e ficamos muito tempo fora. A limpeza e o atendimento das pessoas. Estes são os itens principais. A limpeza deixa a desejar, havia vazamento no banheiro, não havia coberta no quarto, o café da manhã era ruim um dos dias não havia nada e as pessoas não se propõem a ajudar e dar atenção. Foi muito desagradável mesmo.

Marisha, the 3 to 11 pm night front desk employee was wonderful, The morning front desk representative was extremely disrespectful and rude, very poor communication with the guest, she needs training. In our 50 years of travelling and staying in different hotels, this representative is the worst, badly needs communications skills training.
