Fair Breakfast didn't have hot options, ants in the room. No mirrors in the bathroom or bedroom areas. Confusing at checkout with my payment; mix up with another guest. Though it was sorted eventually. Comfortable bed, and prompt housekeeping.

Ubicación excelente, pésimo servicio recepción, excepto Servicio recepción nocturna ( desconoce el término servicio al cliente, cero empatía) problemas continuos con las llaves de la habitación ( no abren, se desconfiguran) y al parecer al personal le molesta re programarlas. Ventanas de la habitación sucias, llenas de moho. Un día no nos hicieron limpieza de la habitación, tampoco pusieron toallas. Ubicación

Exceptional There was a loud, rude family across from me. Every time I fell asleep, they would congregate in the hallway and talk and laugh amongst themselves. I asked them several times to please keep it down and they did not. I went down to the staff and she told me She asked them to move and they refused and I would have to move if I wanted quiet.
