The stay could have been much better if not for the horrible smell The smell in the hallway and room of the second floor Had issues with the smell in room and hallway of the second floor. The hallway smelled like feces and urine told staff about it and they fixed it on the day I was leaving out from my stay.. the had me nauseous and took away the enjoyment of my trip.

We were not comfortable but it was convenient. The room didn't smell fresh. It wasn't comfy. The sheets were dated and old stains were visible. Although room got cleaned, the facility was very dated/old and aged fixtures. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, sink outside of bathroom was a nuisance. The doors are not closely affixed to the ground so no privacy in room. The charge for laundry is excessive. We immediately flew to Colorado from Fort Lauderdale and checked into the La Quinta there. bad experience has dirty and smelly very old carpets in the hallways noise from other rooms, old mattresses, 80' decoration, old doors, needs better and easy to open shampoo. Staff at front is attentive to customers

NO OFRECER SI NO VAN A CUMPLIR Que nos dijeron telefónicamente antes de viajar y también en el check-In que podíamos encargar las maletas mientras viajábamos en un crucero, pero al querer dejar las maletas el gerente nos dijo que no contaban con ese servicio y sólo accedieron debido a nuestro enojo e insistencia, sin garantizarnos nada y bajo nuestra responsabilidad.
