Lack of commitment from hotel manager to get a room with two beds. We had organized a Cruze with other 6 families and booked all at this hotel. We booked two beds but the hotel provided one bed and a sofa-bed. This is not what we had purchased. Hotel says this a Booking issue. It doesn’t matter who the fault is. The problem is that the sofa-bed is not comfortable at all. The hotel provided an extra bed. But was the same type of sofa-bed. We are very frustrated with hotel and Booking. To expensive for the over all conditions The hotel was out dated. I found cockroach in the room The hallway smells bad Breakfast was small and I could not found chairs and table to sit and eat.
