Unexpectedly pleasant. Although not greatly disturbing, we could hear neighbors on both sides of our room. Pleasant, cheerful front desk and dining staff. Wonderful food.

Pleasant We came to Tacoma for a concert that was canceled due to weather. The hotel itself was fine. Other then that usually there is a book in the room with different restaurants & things to do. Our room did not & the only thing the front desk recommended was the Casino. Don't really gamble. Not a huge deal but would have liked some options. Checking out we were told by Front Desk no Taxi service. UBER driver wanted to meet us someplace could not give clear directions to that spot. Couldn't tell us where the Train Station ... read more

When we expect a large amount of guests to hit the restaurant at the same time due to an event like the KISS concert, we like to offer a buffet so people can enjoy their meal and make the opening on time.
