Good The restaurant was terribly under staffed. One person, not enough when a major event takes place at the Tacoma Dome. Felt sorry for her!!

Exceptional The pool being seasonal, and the lack of public transport access around. We also had trouble using our cash passports as payment when all other places we stayed in the US accepted it. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice and big, was handy having the mini stall near the front desk and appreciated the complimentary coffee.
