Good place but some rooms have a strange odor. The Staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the usual at a 3-star hotel, nothing special but you can find something healthy. The beds are super comfortable. My only complaint is the room I had was previously a smoking room and even though the hotel is now 100% non smoking, the smell in the room has that strange semi-sweet deodorizer smell. Unfortunately, I am very allergic to odors so I was stuffed up by the morning.

Really pleased with our stay. The greeting from Kalaylah, upon our arrival was great! She was friendly, personable and helpful. On Sunday we left our dogs for a bit while we ran an errand. Unfortunately they disturbed another guest, and Kristen at the front desk contacted me on my cell phone. She was very polite and geacious and never made me feel worse than I already did for our dogs' bad behavior. Can I drink enough cheap coffee to make this worth it? The breakfast isn't really worth it and neither are the outdated rooms. I can't even get the ancient microwave to warm my son's leftovers, but WOOHOO smart tv. Also pretty certain I had read somewhere online that there was an indoor pool as well. We would have stayed in Seattle if we knew this wasn't the case. Bit of a sketchy location to try to walk anywhere. I liked having a place to sleep. The lobby gives an illusion of quality.

I had a very good stay and would always go back to this hotel The location central. There were a lot of homeless people in the surroundings of the hotel. If you are very tall...the toilets are very low. I am 5.3/1,60m and found them small. The reception personnel was very nice. Maria especially is a treasure! Always very friendly and ready to help - a real sunshine. There are several very good restaurants just around the corner.
