Dog friendly Room was too hot, problem with cooler in room. Lots of fluffy towels
Nice place to stay and close to Tacoma Dome. Close proximity to the Tacoma Dome, which is why we were there.
Exceptional I loved how close it was to the Tacoma dome, and the staff was really friendly and helpful when it came to places to eat etc.
Convenient stay in Tacoma Some hot breakfast items would have been great! Very courteous staff. Room service was reasonable and FAST.
Good Location shower was not clean, had weird marks on tile. Complimentary breakfast had 0 protein selection...was told we could order other than waffles for a fee...BAD! we went elsewhere!Good bed was comfy
Good TV did not work, fridge was not there like requested - had to move hotel rooms, also did not know about the heavy renos in the lobby. reasonable price, free breakfast, free parking

I GAVE THIS A 2!! What kind of rating is this??!! Just before entering the hotel parking lot we passed a handful of the seediest characters Tacoma had to offer stationed at every corner coming off the freeway. They stood out in stark contrast to any feelings of cleanliness, safety and security. The pool was advertised as "heated outdoor pool", but it wasn't available during our stay. Breakfast was advertised but you needed a map, GPS and a detective to try to find when and where it was. When you did get there, it wasn't open... read more
