Wonderful The biggest problem during my stay was the elevator situation. You have 2 medium sized elevators side by side and only one was working. This was a big problem getting bags and people in during check in and out during checkout. Had to wait 7 passes of the elevator to get my luggage down to checkout The staff was great. They even had to contend with a power outage while I was there.
Nice three days. Very comfortable. It would've been easier for both of us to be closer to the elevator. We both use canes and had to use the service elevator once we found out where it was. Our room Was at the far end of the hall.

Very Good THE HOTEL NEEDS AN ATM, COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER, AND THE RESTAURANT BETTER STAFFED TO SERVE PEOPLE QUICKER ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO AN EVENT AND HAVE LIMITED TIME. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL....
Great concert stay location Included breakfast was great except they only had 3 staff who were also running up room service. They were literally running around trying to keep up. We were patient, but not everyone was. Parking seemed a little full, we found a spot but not sure everyone else did. All updated rooms and furniture, it was a nice place to stay.
