Fair Pool - closed Ice Machine - out of order Elevator - out of order Breakfast - table shortage, eat on sofa with plate in lap! Room was well maintained and clean. Though choice between loud fan or stuffy room was not good
Pleasant The hallways were extremely dirty. They looked like they hadn't been vaccumed in a very long time. It wasn't posted on any site that the restaurant was going to be closed the breakfast was not geared toward healthy eating. The bagels and bread were old and dry. The coffee maker in the room could be a little better quality. Great convenient location to Tacoma dome and downtown Tacoma.

Wonderful The renovation work made the pool unavailable, which was one of the reasons we booked this location. The hotel should notify customers, at time of booking, if major features like pool will be unavailable.

Pleasant The only reason I chose the hotel was because of the pool. When I got there it was closed which I was not aware of when I booked it. I liked the decor of the rooms.
