Employees are wonderful but the facility was just not the best. My bathroom (shower) wasn't clean and had hair on the walls. Also one of the rooms heater wasn't working properly, all three rooms tv kept messing up and two of the doors shutting. I loved that the manager helped us out when one of our rooms didn't work. The staff was amazing.

Always use Booking.com for travel. Very disappointed with this hotel. After travelling for 10 hours, it's beyond disappointing to arrive at a room that has obviously not been cleaned. crumbs in the bed, dirty tub, half-used bathroom amenities, soap, shampoo etc. Most disappointing were the lack of blankets on the beds. Two tired women travellers trying to get a good nights sleep are now cold because of lack of warm bedding. Overall ok, but way too much money for the quality of the room. The bed. The mattress pad kept bunching up under the sheet. I went to fix it and noticed it was a twin size mattress pad on a king size bed. The mattress was old, dirty and lumpy. So basically the only thing between me and the nasty mattress was a single sheet. Why even bother with the mattress pad? breakfast, coffee.

disappointed the room wasn’t cleaned very well. the staff brought me cleaning supplies so I could clean the shower and toilet. also an odor eliminated the room smelt like wet dog. nothing
Hotel room was ok, but area/location and facilities were not. Breakfast was mediocre. Was not located in a good area, booked to be a close walk to the Tacoma dome, but the streets were full of homeless people, garbage and no sidewalks. As a tourist, it would be beneficial if the hotel offered suggestions for alternative transit etc. The bed was quite uncomfortable and pool and hot tub were not open. Snack bar was not stocked and ice machine was broken! Staff was polite and hotel was clean.
