Staff needs to pay attention Had to wait ten minutes at the front desk for anyone to show up to check us in. We could hear them chatting in the back and laughing. And we kept calling to them but no one answered. Two guests walked off after waiting over ten minutes

Not a positive experience Running toilet. Dirty sheets (multiple hairs). Stains on walls including what looked like blood in the bathroom. View out the window was of roof and HVAC units. Tiny TV that we couldn't figure out how to navigate. "Blackout" curtain left streams of light. King sized bed. Shower.
Do not recommend It was in a bad location and I hated that I booked for the wrong night but was never able to resolve the issue. The room was lousy and the water temperature in the shower had issues I didn’t like it
Ask for a room away from the side street. The noise from the side street was excessive. It went till 1:30 in the am. The loud engines roaring from people racing in nearby roads started again at 4:30 am. There’s many people from the area walking, loitering, and cruising the side street. The hotel is real decent. It’s not fancy but it’s fine and it was clean. The staff was polite and helpful .
Meh Our room smelled like a smelly bathroom with an airfreshener. The bathroom walls were dirty. No microwave. The staff was friendly and accommodating in both the hotel and the restaurant.
Not a good choice They gave us a dirty room. i had to go down and let the ladies know, and they acted like I was lying about the room being dirty. The bathroom was very outdated and not cleaned well. Also, the sink didn't drain very well. I liked the location

The place itself is less than okay, will never come back. We arrived at the hotel an hour and 10 mins early before 3pm a One can definitely tell that the hotel shows wear and tear; crack on the toilet, stains on bath tub, towels are thin and small, hardwares on doors is about to fall apart, the doors are somewhat sticky, the pool is cold I don’t think it’s heated.
