Average stay. Just an average hotel. Bit pricey for what it is and with the size of the room, they could easily add things (like fridge/microwave) to make it more worth it. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Felt like the motels we stayed in around Olympic National Park were superior both in price and quality. Big room with plenty of space for 4 people. Good Our booking was not in their computer when we arrived, but the supervisor was able to get us a room and a reduced rate. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Appreciated the free continental breakfast. Good proximity to the casino.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Need triple pain windows and softer beds. The interstate noise. The bed is too hard. Cleanliness and staff

It was a good stay overall. location was my reason since the event was at the Tacomadome. The area around the hotel was not the best. lots of homeless people at round. the hotel warned not to leave any valuables in the vehicle as the possibility of theft was high. The noises of vehicles passing by the interstate were heard through the window. the staff did offer ear plugs which mitigated most sounds except the altered mufflers.
