Nice, comfortable, clean and relaxing, a place the staff should be proud to work at!!! The obnoxious man outside at 1 a.m.. He was bothering guests below us for awhile. I was luckily on the 6th floor. I loved the bed! The lobby was big with a gorgeous setting. All of the staff were so kind to us. Even though the kitchen was closed, the front desk help still provided a sack breakfast for anyone that asked. The coffee bar was very nice, multiples options to satisfy everyone. Window was smashed out The window on my truck was smashed out in the parking lot. But everything else was fine. Won't stay here again though. The city of Tacoma is trash.

Loved my stay would stay here again in a heart beat!! Front desk was awesome!!!!! Everything was great! I have no complaints the rooms were clean and well put together very nice layout. Room and bed was great unfortunately Covid 19 ruined breakfast! So it wasn’t operations as usual in the kitchen but there was some things for us to snack on.

Very Good Although a breakfast is complementary it’s definitely a carb fest. Most locations will have meat but for some reason this location doesn’t offer. It’s always a great stay

Overall a very nice place to stay. The sink filled with water. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was quite nice. Floors seemed to be really new.
