Very pleased with the hotel. Although the location of the hotel is makes it easy to access the Amtrak station and downtown Tacoma, the immediate area surrounding the hotel is industrial, without much in the way of services. The wide open lobby is beautiful, I like that there is a restaurant and lounge inside the building, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I felt secure and I enjoyed my stay I would have like to see a better breakfast selection The staff, location, and cleanliness of the place was nice. I was able to request a view and it was wonderful. It is always a pleasure to stay where the hospitality is great Also the outside doors locked at 10pm and then a key was needed and I love that safety aspect

Exceptional Restaurant and bar on site were great! Super friendly and helpful staff all around. Knowledgeable of the area, giving directions. Comfy bed as well, nice blanket that was warm but super clean.
