Pleasant I didn’t like that my car was broken into but the staff was awesome about it. They were willing to help with everything.

Clean and comfortable with a disappointing front desk. The breakfast was not as good as I would have hoped. I also found that the front desk was not very polite when they found out we were going to an EDM concert down the street. She forced us to sign a waiver (not specified upon booking) that we wouldn’t leave glitter in the room. I don’t mind signing the waiver but I don’t like the treatment we faced. I am happy your bed was comfortable and room was clean. I am sorry about the way my staff came across about the edm concert. Unfortunately, we have had some guests use glitter and it is a hardship on housekeeping to try to clean up. Ever since we started the waivers, guests have been much better. Very pleased with the hotel. Although the location of the hotel is makes it easy to access the Amtrak station and downtown Tacoma, the immediate area surrounding the hotel is industrial, without much in the way of services. The wide open lobby is beautiful, I like that there is a restaurant and lounge inside the building, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
