Good Rooms are very old - paying for location not rooms. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Iron Maiden concert Only complaint was that there was a lot of traffic noise, but we were next to the freeway and construction at the Emerald Queen casino Hotel was very nicely renovated. Restaurant and bar on site. Hotel had elevators. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating.

Exceptional The property call me on the morning of our stay and said we didn't have a confirmation or a card number to hold the room. I clearly have emails from Booking.com saying all was in order. Would you care to explain youselves? Property was very nice. Large rooms. Pool area was very nice.

Pleasant
Great staff. Nice hotel. A little noisy. Had a room on the side facing the highway and the traffic noise woke me up a couple of times. Also, the in-room heating/cooling unit was pretty loud when it kicked on. Room was very nice and comfortable. Free breakfast was very good. Was able to get a decent workout in their fitness room. Nice restaurant and lounge. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

Exceptional The no drinking by pool. Very clean and wonderful staff. I booked 3 rooms last weekend and it was a wonderful stay. Pool was fun and hot tube. Just make sure not to drink by pool we had to leave the pool and didn’t know. Breakfast was soo good. Loved my stay and I’m very satisfied!
