I'd definitely stay there again. Ice machines were broken on several floors. It was a good atmosphere. Close to the Venue and Casino. We had a great time.

Exceptional No free wine. They checked me in at noon! Nice lounge. Easy walk to the Tacoma dome or the Emerald Queen.

Not so good, not so bad. Room in front of the machinery of the hotel, lots of noise all day long. Smoke detector turns on whenever a hot shower happens.

Completely satisfied The staff at this facility is wonderful. From the front desk to the restaurant/bar and housekeeping. You can tell there must be good management because staff was not only friendly and sweet but they seemed happy. We were there for a concert nearby the Tacoma Dome and they were very accommodating. Opened bar early and stayed open late. It was a great experience.
