Good Neighborhood is somewhat sketchy, but is convenient off I-5 and close to some good breweries. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good but not after being told I would most likely be double charged. we paid with an unemployment debit card and they're telling us we might be double charged. The lady who booked us in on Thursday never said anything about this. When I went down today to recheck in the room on the 1st of August is when they said they can't take our card and then told me that if I do use it there's a good chance I'll be double charged. I am sorry there were concerns with the unemployment card. My staff was just trying to help. For some reason, even though we only charge 1 amount, the card is taking twice the amount out, and others in your situation have informed us that they cannot seem to be able to contact anyone to get the other half back. Awesome place to stay and it is very safe. breakfast in the bag.But i know because of virus. I always stay here when im in tacoma with family or just the wife an I.Always meet our expectation an beyond,always clean near everything.
