Grimy floor - needs major cleaning The tiled floors in the bathroom and hallway need major scrubbing and the carpet needs steam cleaning - feet get dirty if you walk barefoot anywhere.
Great property but had very very loud people above us. They started stomping and running before 6 am. Called the front desk and they said they’d give them a call. Keep going well past 7 so we called again. Front desk said “they’ve already been told so they should stop soon”. I was then told “they are checking out today anyways”. Well that does not help if I cant sleep. It genuinely sounded like WWE wrestling above us. Overall, super unhappy with how it was handled and how little the front desk girl cared.
