Ease of checking in and location
There were a few unsavory people in the parking lot who were also staying there. But otherwise everything was pretty good. We did have to change rooms because of a non working a/c, but the 2nd room was just fine. The breakfast was top-notch.
Room smelled clean, entry and hallway had a foul smell White tall Male at the reception desk was too busy multitasking. Directing the ice maker delivery answering the phone Gardner cleaning the yard.
I travel every 3 months to do audits in Tomball and Spring area, customer service is outstanding!
It was great. Staff was wonderful ,very polite and . Respectful . I will definitely stay at the La Quinta when I return to Tomball.
