I was a little disappointed by the quality of the king suite. It felt more like a palace inn and it just didn’t feel comfortable or clean. There was someone else’s make up on the floor in the bathroom and the couch was really really stained with what sprayed to be body sweat. The decor was old and just felt like it needed a really good update and cleaning. But the rest of the hotel is wonderful and they have great breakfast! Clean
Great property but had very very loud people above us. They started stomping and running before 6 am. Called the front desk and they said they’d give them a call. Keep going well past 7 so we called again. Front desk said “they’ve already been told so they should stop soon”. I was then told “they are checking out today anyways”. Well that does not help if I cant sleep. It genuinely sounded like WWE wrestling above us. Overall, super unhappy with how it was handled and how little the front desk girl cared.
