I will never be using booking.com again for a hotel stay.. but the staff did a good job Booking.com made several errors and was severely problematic in the booking of our stay. The hotel staff fixed the errors as best they could, but what we booked based on the booking.com description is NOT what we received. The breakfast was very minimal due to Covid.

Awesome Can't say there was anything I disliked. Even though they could not give us a full breakfast because of the covid-19. They did the best they could to lay out juice, coffee, fruit, snacks and a hot breakfast sandwich. The hotel was very nice. Seems like they are doing renovations to keep it up. Staff was friendly, Jason the manager did his best to try to accommodate our needs. Location was perfect for what I needed close to family.

Really comfortable rooms. Will never want to stay next to an exit door that slams every 5 minutes. No breakfast because of COVID No breakfast because of COVID

Good Pillows were terrible. Guy at the counter could have been nicer and more professional. Left money on the bed for the cleaning lady. Guess they don't accept tips. They didn't make the beds. The coffee was terrible. Exercise room needs serious work. Bathroom was clean. Everything worked. The light in the mirror was neat. TV, microwave and fridge were nice.
