Good place
This property’s elevator was not working and they put me in the 3rd floor I asked to be moved to the 1st floor. I previously booked a suite and ended up in a regular room with 2 full beds
There was an odor in the room. Also, the elevators were not working and no rooms available on the 2nd floor so we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs.
Hot tub doesn't work. I forgot items in my room. When I called a few hours later I was told room had been cleaned with nothing put in lost & found. So, I lost these items.

Stayed here for a few nights after arriving. We picked it because of location. We had friends in Tomball and was very convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.
