Everything was great
TVs were having issues but other than that it was great, morning breakfast was good
The General Manager was super nice and friendly. The staff was great.
Beds are smaller than the usual beds in other hotels Other than that The room was clean,wasn’t bad We spent only one night there

It was a little noisy above us with children running and jumping off the beds but that was to be expected.
Closet door was stuck. Door deadbolt was stuck

Its hard to know how to review. I want to be fair. Some things were good. Others not so much. The hotel needs some serious tlc. Some of the front desk people were wonderful. Others were less than stellar. There was a HUGE cockroach in my first room. These things happen. But my room was also not very clean. Lots of things didnt work or didnt work well. You can't get into the hotel from the front door, even with your room key, after 11. So when i was standing barefoot in 26 degrees wearing a formal gown holding my broken shoe ... read more
