I missed my bed. The service was great. The rooms were nice. The surrounding area provided many amenities. The beds were harsh.
Great Experience The Hotel Staff was very friendly and warm. Breakfast was great!! Room extra clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time their. Would highly reccomend hotel to others.
Comfy in Tomball We were very pleased with the hotel. One of the things we liked were the tall ceilings in the room, which made it feel very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of TV channels.
Convenient If you are in Tomball for business this hotel is very convenient. Clean and comfortable. No restaurant or bar. Stay in Houston if you want 5-star but this one is more than OK for the business traveler.
Great accommodations north of Houston This new La Quinta is top quality. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. It is half a block from a main intersection which means it is quiet and a good place to relax. There are many stores and restaurants nearby -- talk about convenience. I look forward to staying there again!
Will use often for cleanliness, service and convenience. Everything we needed was there. Breakfast was normal, nothing spectacular, but fresh and enough.
I booked two rooms both rooms had hair in the bed.
The hotel has no outside lighting. It felt unsafe parking and walking into the hotel. The elevators and floor we stayed on reeked of weed (to each their own, but the smell is strong and awful). The noise level on the above floor was out of control and made getting a good nights sleep impossible, and woke us up earlier than we had hoped. The maid was mopping the entire downstairs at checkout and made the floors super slippery, terrible timing. I would never stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!
No functioning AC in reserved room. No other room was available - 100% booked. Receptionist was friendly but no maintenance/mechanic was on duty or on call, so cancelling our reservation and offering a refund was her only solution. The new hotel was more expensive but was our only choice.
