I booked two rooms both rooms had hair in the bed.
The hotel has no outside lighting. It felt unsafe parking and walking into the hotel. The elevators and floor we stayed on reeked of weed (to each their own, but the smell is strong and awful). The noise level on the above floor was out of control and made getting a good nights sleep impossible, and woke us up earlier than we had hoped. The maid was mopping the entire downstairs at checkout and made the floors super slippery, terrible timing. I would never stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!
No functioning AC in reserved room. No other room was available - 100% booked. Receptionist was friendly but no maintenance/mechanic was on duty or on call, so cancelling our reservation and offering a refund was her only solution. The new hotel was more expensive but was our only choice.
The hotel claimed that the hotels.com was only to hold the room and that it was not paid in spite of being shown a receipt for payment in full and charged again for the stay. I will have to dispute the double charge with my bank. Please be careful that you are not double charged too. I was told that I do not know what I am talking about. I have been using Hotels.com for well over a decade and this is the first time this has happened to me.The room only had I wash cloth and 2 face towels. No bath towels. Avoid this hotel
You over booked and we weren't able to get the double bed room that we expected. My poor children now have to sleep on a broken sofa bed. And it was more expensive. Ridiculous!!!I'm furious and not booking through you all again!!!
First off the night staff was good but they couldn’t fix issues. I come to a room that had never been locked. It was wide open with a smell. Then the television didn’t work. Night staff came up to try to see if it could be fixed but it couldn’t. He said he didn’t have another available room at my price range to accommodate. So sad that I get a bad experience but no upgrade for less than 7 hours I was going to be there. Horrible experience and not worth what I paid. I deserve a refund for this stay due to all the issues.
Breakfast is ok Coffee was not ready I asked a breakfast lady for cream cheese and she was we don’t get a lot of food for breakfast and send me complain in the front desk very unpleasant and she continues talking to her coworkers :-(
