Excelent Service. The mushroom ravioli can not be beat anywhere. Best of Best!
We were forgotten at the hostess desk and several people were seated ahead of us and we had to find the hostess. She walked past us several times, but had totally forgotten us. The first table we were seated at was right in the front of the restaurant in a corner in front of the kitchen. We asked to be moved.
Great ambiance & service - only had a wine, ravioli appetizer (which was a generous as an entree) and salad, but all was good and would highly recommend.
We have eaten at La Strada several times. If I could add one small suggestion, perhaps a more reasonable wine selection? I guess the least expensive choice on the menu was $44 dollars, and maybe that is the running cost. Thanks again for a wonderful meal.
I've eaten at La Strada several times, and it's always been very good. My favorite server is Matt (or "Mateo" to keep with the Italian influence), and he's the best!
Since it is in a popular casino in Reno, you would expect the ambience, food, and service to be excellent, and they did not disappoint us, it was a wonderful experience. Once you are in the restaurant, you forget you are in a casino. Since it was Valentines evening, I felt that the tables were too close to one another and the noise level was a bit high, but other than that, my wife and I had a romantic experience since we were there to enjoy each others company, we ignored the noise.
We took a friend and his wife to dinner for his birthday. The food was excellent as well as the service. they even brought our friend a special dessert and sang happy birthday in Italian.
Very nice. Should have some secluded booths for intimate dining
La Strada was wonderful, as always. Great mushroom raviolis, veal, salmon, lamb and polenta!! My only complaint is that the restaurant is very noisy. Hard to hold a conversation without raising your voice a little.
