My birthday party at La Strada was also my first visit to the restaurant. The service was impeccable, from our friendly, funny and efficient waiter, to the staff singing a harmonious Happy Birthday in Italian. Way cool. It was hard to decide from the menu, but I can definitely recommend the veal porcini and the mushroom ravioli. All pastas are fresh and wonderful. Whoever thought up deep fried bits of olives in the salad was crazy like a fox. It was an excellent evening.
Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Good Service Mushroom raviloli a must! Great wine selection! Grilled octopus, the best I've had. Main's served on hot plates, keep food warm longer - nice touch. Service prompt and courteous, but not intrusive.
Always one of our favorites for special occasions. Love the atmosphere, food, service . . . Will remain a favorite.
We tried the Octopus appetizer, it was so delicious and tender. Everything we ate was really enjoyable. Nice ambiance too.
La Strada is very consistent, great food, service, atmosphere, wine list. We always have a wonderful experience here. The food is wonderfully prepared. The service is top notch. The atmosphere makes you forget you're in a casino.
We enjoyed the tasting menu. The mushroom ravioli and the risotto were excellent.
What can I say about La Strada, fantastic food, great service, and wonderful decor. You got to eat everything on the menu, its that good especially the gnocchi and the ossobuco, authentic and delicious.
We were walked directly to our table by the manager who told us about the restaurant and offered some menu selections. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and efficient. The food was fantastic! The kitchen is open to the restaurant and the chefs were obviously top notch and fun to watch. Food was served promptly and all staff was very attentive without being obtrusive. The waiter was kinda quirky, but we liked him. He had a good sense of humor. My husband ordered Osso Bucco which was quite delicious. I had the Veal Chops (Milanese) they were okay. The bacon wrapped prawns we had as an appetizer were amazing. Overall it was good, but a little too fancy for me. Having your fork switched out 10 times (super exaggerated) is a little much.
