Love LaStrada! Everyone we go, I want to make reservations to come right back! The mushroom ravioli is, of course, wonderful! LaSrada had it years ago before anyone else caught on to the idea! It's always tempting to order it because it is SO good. But this time, the four of us ordered the appetizer portion to share. We got our "fix", but left room for other entrees. Our dinner party of 8 had the Chef Surprise. Dining at La Strada is always a treat, but Chef Ivano and his staff outdid themselves for us. This dinner was truly a taste extravaganza. Bravo!!!
Whenever we are visiting Reno (and we always stay at the El Dorado Hotel (it's fabulous!),we have at least one dinner at THE La Strada. The atmosphere is wonderful, the entire staff (from hostess to the servers assistants) provide impeccable service. The food - in a word -"WOW" - from appetizers to dessert, can only be described as magnificent. Yes, be prepared to pay for what you get. You will enjoy every dining moment!!!
It couldn't have been better! From appetizers to dessert and everything in between! Service and food was outstanding. I hosted a business dinner for 11 in the private dining room.
Loved the mushroom ravioli. Found the salad portion small and not extremely tasty. Noisy. Was very hard to hear our waiter. .
This was our first time dining at La Strada and my girl friend and I were both impressed with the exceptional service and food. The wait staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Our food was cooked perfectly and brought out in a timely fashion. We will definitely be reserving a table at La Strada again on our next visit to the Eldorado.
La Strada has been one of our favorite restaurants (anywhere) for 20+ years. Great food, great service.
The mushroom ravioli and the service were wonderful! We had a table near the kitchen so there was more noise than we like but still a very positive experience.
