Very good one of our favorite places
The food was excellent the service was fantastic look forward to going back
We were seated at the worst table in the restaurant, right next to the kitchen and very noisy. I complained and we were moved to a quieter area. But apparently no one told our waitress. I got someone's attention after a lengthy wait and our waitress, "Jessica", came to the table and apologized. We arrived at opening time 5PM and were the first customers so there was no excuse for assigning us to such a poor table. Were the discriminating for booking on opentable? Great service and food. We were a group of 7, so we ended up in a little separate room which made our birthday celebrations (3) extra nice.
Some delicious new additions to the menu since we came here last, and the service was top-notch! It would be nice if this restaurant would allow Open Table users to make reservation changes on the Open Table App instead of forcing them to call the restaurant under the threat of a $25 no-show fee. I had accidentally booked the wrong day and it took three phone calls and a lot of frustration to straighten it out.
The server was very nice, but overall service was a little slow. I don’t like how the restaurant has expanded into the old Prime Grill, it loses its appeal since it wasn’t renovated to match La Strada’s style.
Frank was our waiter. Nicest guy ever and so helpful. He made the visit so enjoyable. Christopher was on top it with our water and friendly service. Definetly will be back. GREAT FOOD
Each staff member are very kind, courteous and attentive. The food is exquisitely delicious every bite taken is happiness in your mouth! Our every visit to Reno, my husband and I make dinner reservations eat at La Stradas, we absolutely love it!
