The swordfish was really good, however, I was a solo diner and feel like I got shafted with Service. Was after 8pm, not many tables occupied but still my Server found time to ignore me for most of the time. La Strada is a prime venue for El Dorado, and the prices are not cheap. Think I deserved more attentive service.
Our service was impeccable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals!!

Came here for our daughter's birthday on Sunday night. We were seated at table 11 against the back wall literally at the end of the restaurant which was actually preferable. Food was very good as always as was the service, our server was excellent and very gracious to our 9 year old. She even received a rendition of Happy Birthday in Italian which was a cool touch. La Strada is a quiet, beautiful restaurant. The food is delicious. The setting is lovely. We had a wonderful dinner there twice in the last month. Our most recent dinner was on 9/10 and was outstanding, primarily due to amazing service from our server, Keith. We asked Keith for recommendations on what to order and he did even better than that! Nice quiet place for somewhat upscale Italian food. Prices are high in my estimation, but I'm old and remember a time when a really good Italian meal could be had for 30 or 40 dollars. We both had the seafood linguine and the prosciutto wrapped prawns. Everything was very good with a good variety of seafood in the linguine and the prosciutto added a lot of flavor to the prawns.
