RecommendedCarmen and the other gentlemen at LaCassa have helped us many many times. Their most recent service was a complete replacement of our sump pump system. They answered all of my (sometimes dumb) questions and were kind, knowledgeable and quick to install what we needed. They also saved us money where they could and gave us recommendations on what else needed to be done to get our system in best working order. They are always great, highly recommend!
Water heater died at 10 pm. Called LaCassa Plumbing and a very polite young lady answered the phone, listened to my concerns and set up an appointment for the next morning at 9 am. Office Manager called me in the morning to let me know Mr. Carmen, Owner, was on his way. Old water heater was 31 years old. Carmen has been at my house many times, most recently to replace a hot water heater. He’s skilled, honest, reliable, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. He knows what he’s doing and is my go to guy for all plumbing issues. I can’t say enough good about Carmen/LaCassa Plumbing and highly recommend him.

I just had my front and back outdoor faucets replaced by Carmen and his team and I can't express how professional and courteous they were. They took the time to go over what my concerns were, explained what they wanted to do and the why behind it, and explained their charges which were fair for what they had to do. Carmen was amazing! Messengered me through FB when I posted with a toilet issue. Called first thing in the morning- knew exactly what to do and did it perfectly. Would tell you to not walk, run to LaCassa- I would use them anytime!

LaCassa Plumbing is a very professional, responsive and service- oriented organization. They replaced my water heater on a weekend when they had a cancelation and when I had an issue they were easy to schedule and have the issue addressed.
