I have now had Mr. LaCassa out twice, once to install a kitchen faucet & he was amazing & recommended something that in the long run will save me money & then today came out & helped out with a sump pump issue with hardly any notice! Again gave honest advice that in the long run will save money. Just so happy to have found someone not only knowledgable but also wants to do what is right by the person needing the assistance. This service was everything I could ask for. Mr. LaCassa was prompt, his office was very good about following up when it seemed like he would arrive towards the end of the window they gave us as opposed to the beginning of the window, and when he came his work was swift and his rates were reasonable. He was friendly and personable while working around my daughter. He came with his own facemask because he's taking the current pandemic as seriously as everyone else.
