We own a multi-unit building that we also live in. This morning our tenant that lives below us informed me that she had water coming in from the ceiling, right below our bathroom. We called LaCassa and he came out right away (on a Saturday). Prior to his arrival, we got a call to confirm. Carmen, the owner, has been out to my house several times. I nicknamed him Rock Star! LaCassa plumbing is a company that doesn’t give you the run around or try to talk you into things you don’t need. LaCassa is an honest company, with great services, fair pricing and are a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend!

It's hard to find great work at transparent prices. I called, was unable to reach them, but received a call back asking me what was going on. I explained to the dispatcher my issue and scheduled a same day time for Carmen to come to my home. We had issues with a brand new toilet, which ended up being a manufacturer issue. Everything worked out, due to his experience he was still able to get the toilet working back to factory spec. Highly recommend Lacassa Plumbing. Had Carmen out for a water heater removal and reinstallation. On removal he also fixed a gas leak, installed shutoff valves in kitchen and replaced shutoffs for washer... all in about 2 hours. Same for reinstallation, water heater, new kitchen faucet all in under 2 hours. Always on time, always a fair price, always very fast with high quality.

I hired Carmen with LaCassa plumbing when my toddler son clogged the bathtub and broke the drain. Carmen was prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. Melissa, his dispatcher was great and communicative regarding scheduling and arrival time. I will definitely hire LaCassa plumbing again!
