overall positive experience I've lived at lake club for about 5 months now. I have great neighbors, the people in the office are very kind and helpful. my only experience with maintenance was very positive as well. overall I can say I've been happy here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good apartment.

be careful be mindful I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years , and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The property itself is lovely and well-maintained, with nice accommodations that made daily living comfortable. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, and the neighbors were also courteous for the most part—creating a positive community vibe. Misleading and Dishonest The Community Manager was misleading in the application process. When they came back with their decision they had outdated and incorrect information, they indicated that they could not approve us based on Delinquent past or present credit obligations and Delinquent past or present rental obligations however, these situations where never disclosed as being a problem when discussing the requirements of approval. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time. Way overpriced for the cheap finishes in their “renovated” apartments and will find any way possible to continue to charge you even after you move out. For example, my blinds were pulled all the way up and never used for two years while living there and they claim that all of the blinds in my apartment were broken and charged $60 for each one. What a joke. Would not recommend living in any champion apartments with the customer service they provide. Greedy.

Beware The apartments are decent for the price and I would have left a positive review except for three recent experiences. First, a co-worker who moved into Lake Club around when I did moved out because he no longer felt safe. One day while he was at work his apartment was broken into in broad daylight and the thief went through all his things with a fine-toothed comb taking cash, computers, his TV set and even found some credit cards that had been hidden carefully. Don't Believe All The Reviews When Lake Club has their community events they have their current residents fill out a card to for a drawing to win a $25 gift card if they give the community a 5 star review on-line. I've been living here for a couple of years. The apartment upgrades are CHEAP! Poorly redone. Don't be fooled by the models. If you do decide to rent an apartment you will need to ask to see your unit you will be renting so that you can see the real modeling they did. Also, the complex seems to be going downhill. COMPLEX DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU After 8 years with Lake Club at Polaris, it's time to move. Since July we have complained about our neighbor's pot smoke coming into our apartment and how unbearable the smell is. After 5 months of being told they were doing something, they have finally stated that there is nothing they can do unless they were to get pictures of the pot in the neighbor's apartment. Worst apartment EVER! Nightmare apartment. DON'T RENT HERE!!!! We have been here for seven months. The day I moved in the toilet and refrigerator weren't working. We had second hand smoke that smelled like someone was chain smoking in my apartment. We had to live with roaches for five months that we're so horrible from our neighbor that you couldn't even have food safely stored in the apartment.
