Good Place To Live/New on Site Staff to Young to Care Overall it is a good place to live. However, you can hear your neighbors below talking, pounding, and smell the smoke coming from their unit. Also, the current management at the office seem to always be on their phones when you walk into the office. Not work phones, but cell phones. I love living here! Your leasing office has been wonderful. The few times I have had problems, the response was immediate. It gives me peace of mind. I purposely moved here as I am in Commercial Sales at the Lowes just down the street & constantly tell young coworkers how much I enjoy living here. The playground for kids, dog area, new club house & outdoor grilling area make this feel more like a community, than just an apartment complex. Every thing was great! Moving into my first apartment In a long time. They made the move easy. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The apartments are very clean and Utilities are like new.

Best Place from Cali to Ohio Easily the best place in Ohio to rent from. Beautiful grounds keeping, updated and clean apartments. Brand new appliances. They have wonderful community events like bbqs and fun little get togethers. Each employee tries to connect with their renters. Front office knows us by name and maintenance waves and stays friendly whenever they have a chance to take a break since everyone works hard. Great Place To Live Great place to live. Love the view from my unit. Almost like living out in the country with the wooded view. Staff is excellent to work with. I've worked from Jenn from the start of my leasing to now and she goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. She always has a smile on her face. My only issue which has nothing to do with the complex or management is that I wish they put a cross walk at the light so that it's safe to eat at the restaurants or shop at the strip center located across the the commun... read more
Lake Club I have lived in this community for two months now and have had a great experience. The property managers are always helpful and prompt. The maintenance is great as well, taking care of things quickly! We love the play ground and club house and can't wait to try out the new gym. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Check this place out asap! Lake Club is a great apartment community! The newly renovated apartments are modern with expresso cabinets, ivory tile backsplash and gorgeous light grey walls. The office management team, Adam, Brad and Beau are all so so helpful and always smiling. The maintenance team is quick, efficient and super respectful of your living space. The area is quiet, the parking is plentiful and the location is awesome. Check this place out asap! You won't be disappointed!
Very Nice I got to tour The Lake Club. The new apartments are very nicely done - warm colors, great appliances and large closets. The whole apartment complex is like a park near Highbanks Metro Park, restaurants and shopping.
