Great place The communication and service during quarantine before we even moved in was excellent. Everything was made as simple as possible for us! We have been here a month now and it has been great, they are very accommodating, friendly, and plus, they recycle. Overall we are very satisfied.

Great neighborhood, outstanding staff I had just recently moved in. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The maintenance and staff have been so welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I love the apartment as well as the amount of parking near my unit. Every unit at LakeClub has access to various amounts of parking which is nice for guests, and being able to always park close. There are a variety of residents from young professionals to families. Great location, and close to shopping, food, businesses, etc.

I absolutely love it here I've been living in Lake Club for about three months now. When I was searching for an apartment, Lauren listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She was kind and welcomed me and my puppy to Lake Club in a kind and warm manner. The property is clean, well maintained, and I constantly see staff on the grounds. I love my apartment. I moved into a 2 bedroom. It has all the space I need and I'm in love with my walk-in closet.

WONDERFUL Apartment Complex So I looked for apartments for some time and towards the end of my search I knew I definitely wanted to go with champion properties. Their customer service is absolutely unmatched. I chose lake club due to their rates/rent specials and I haven't regretted it. A bit about the complex: the grills actually work, there are always plenty of parking spots next to your apartment, the clubhouse is always accessible, and it feels very, very safe. Love it! Love it here at Lake Club at Polaris! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The amenities are awesome, 24hr gym and my pup loves the dog park! Felt like home from the very first visit.

Well maintained, quick responsive, and Safe The apartments are well maintained. The management is friendly, helpful and quickly responsive. They have a good working staff to fix the repairs and work orders. This place has many amenities such as leasing office, Community center, Patio with BBQ’s, coffee, dogs park, kids play area, fitness center and swimming pool. I like this place and can say that Lake Club at Polaris is one of the best apartments to live.
The best home I've ever had They are always nice to me and my kids, amazing customer service on another level!. My kids love the playground, and love to play the clubhouse games as well. I love that we now have access from 5am- 10pm in the clubhouse. I enjoy all of the resident events they throw each month!! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! Very affordable for the Polaris market. Kali Brad and Lindsey are outstanding!
