ABOUT DR. DAVID POTTS Dr. Potts is not your ordinary family dentist After graduating from dental school, Dr. Potts wasn’t content with confining himself to general family dentistry. He began post-graduate training in several specialized areas, a practice he has continued throughout his career. Troubled by the discomfort some patients felt getting dental care, he joined the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation. He has received enough training in sedation dentistry to become a Fellow in that organization.

Excellent care for repairing my broken molar. Dr. Tsai accommodated me by spending a full 2 1/2 hours on a crown buildup, temporary crown sizing and placement, and a thorough follow-up discussion. She inspired complete confidence during the entirety of my experience. Dental assistant Erin was demonstrably very capable, and very pleasant throughout the entire appointment. Needed to be seen quickly for a dental emergency. Had multiple appt options available to accommodate emergencies. I was seen quickly and a thorough assessment was done and a treatment plan made based on my needs and long term goals. Dr. Potts and his assistant, I believe her name was Kate?, were both incredibly kind and thoughtful.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and kind and had a really cute dog! And my hygienist Chris was EXTREMELY competent. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was clearly very well-versed in the software and hardware he was using on the job. He also kindly made an adjustment to his cleaning method when I told him my teeth were very sensitive (in the past other dentist offices have simply forced me to endure the pain).
