. Total waste of time. I told them on the phone before they came out that I only needed to replace a couple of windows that were broken. They came out, looked at the two windows I needed replaced, sat in their car for an hour to figure out the price and then when they came back with an extremely high price said that they couldn't just do two windows! They weren't willing to fix the broken windows I had.

We do NOT recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors. We are extremely unhappy with theirservice. (We have never written a dissatisfied review before.) We had 4 Milguard windows installed in September with anestimate and order to install a minimum of 3 more windows in the spring. We arehappy with the windows but Milguard windows can be purchased from numerouscompanies. We will befinding a new company to work with this spring. Requested estimate for windows and siding. Someone came out we discussed options for windows and siding but never received a quote back from them. n/a

We are sorry for not being able to return the quote in the time expected by (deleted member name). Siding and window quotes are a bit more complicated and take a little more time to put together. With that said, we should have done a better job of communicating that to (deleted member name) and providing a more timely quote. Again, our sincere apologies.
Met at the Home Show. Had them out to the house to give a bid on window and door replacement/new install. Representative arrived late. He then spent 20 minutes setting up his computer and printer in order to give a "fast" bid before he left. In the end, an hour later, the bid was hand written! Bid was significantly higher than others and the Representative could not answer a few questions we had, referring us to make yet another appointment to meet him at the showroom to get answers.
