It’s like a bad dream I cannot wake up from. The manager is pressuring me to come back to their office. I don’t think he understands the gravity of the situation. I would rather find someone who has real 5 star reviews that I can trust rather than someone who damaged my tooth. Most of the 5 star reviews were from the previous owners. If they want me to come back to see the damage, despite it being a horror show enough, terms should be fair. My first visit at Lakeside Dental was excellent! The front desk staff, technician, and hygienist were all caring, kind, and helpful. Shoutout to the hygienist - she took her time to explain various things throughout the cleaning process and I actually learned a lot from her. Even as we were waiting for the doctor after the cleaning process, she stayed and sat with me to chat. I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist.
I met Dr. Martha Murphy today for the first time and I thought she was absolutely wonderful. I found the staff friendly and welcoming, I'm so glad my friend recommended Dr. Murphy. Today I met Dr. Susan Green for the first time. She was delightful and very professional. I am looking forward to having her take care of my dental needs. As always the staff was friendly and helpful.
As a new patient recommended by the office of my former one (who unfortunately passed too soon), I was hesitant in seeing a new person. They listened to my concerns and the fact I have super sensitive teeth. Communication was very clear and I felt very listened to. I am glad to have a new dentist I trust.
I've had an absolutely positive experience with all staff at Lakeside. They were very professional and upfront about costs, which I appreciated as a patient. The dental care I received was also very comfortable, and done quickly and attentively. I would highly recommend Lakeside to new patients in the Gaithersburg area!
