Overall 5 stars. The staff was for the most part fantastic..it's a tough job and was also impressed by the lack of staff turnover.

The staff has been very kind and helpful to mom and to us, the family. It appears that they really care about their residents. There are lots of activities for residents to become involved in. Mom is busy from when she wakes up until bedtime. Mom is getting a lot of additional therapy to meet her needs. Mom loves it there! We visited quite a few places and talked to some on the phone. I'd like that it's more modern and it's more open in the staff seems nicer and finally they do involve my mom in activities even if she doesn't want to do it.

They are very friendly, they have activities daily, beautiful, inviting decor inside. They check on my Dad when he's in his room. The food is good, there is a nice variety.

Lakeview Memory Care is a great fit for my husband. Everyone genuinely cares, is very attentive and supportive. I know my husband is cared for and he thus he is thriving. It is a breath of fresh air.

I would like to recommend Lakeview Memory Care. This lovely community is warm and welcoming to their residents, families and staff. I have witnessed the result with several residents with their advanced care. The leaders there attend special training to guide the staff with outstanding techniques to calm and help the residents feel more comfortable and confident. This takes a huge toll off the family members stress levels. Stop by and see for yourself the benefits of considering this memory care facility

Our mom, [name removed], moved into Lakeview Memory Care in Bloomingdale in December 2023. We had investigated several local facilities and chose Lakeview for a number of reasons. The location on Lake Street made it easy to reach. The facilities are open, nicely appointed, and is designed for a smaller number of residents. Most importantly, though, is that the staff is skilled and caring. The Lakeview Memory Care community is the perfect size and that is something we really like about the community. We also like the caregivers to residents ratios. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Beautiful, extremely clean, modern facility with amazing amenities, decor, and warm vibes! Well run, with competent staff that follows through consistently and with kindness! Personalized care specifically for your loved one with the empathy that only people who truly understand memory care can provide.
