I'd like that it's more modern and it's more open in the staff seems nicer and finally they do involve my mom in activities even if she doesn't want to do it.

They are very friendly, they have activities daily, beautiful, inviting decor inside. They check on my Dad when he's in his room. The food is good, there is a nice variety.
Lakeview Memory Care is a great fit for my husband. Everyone genuinely cares, is very attentive and supportive. I know my husband is cared for and he thus he is thriving. It is a breath of fresh air.
I would like to recommend Lakeview Memory Care. This lovely community is warm and welcoming to their residents, families and staff. I have witnessed the result with several residents with their advanced care. The leaders there attend special training to guide the staff with outstanding techniques to calm and help the residents feel more comfortable and confident. Our mom, [name removed], moved into Lakeview Memory Care in Bloomingdale in December 2023. We had investigated several local facilities and chose Lakeview for a number of reasons. The location on Lake Street made it easy to reach. The facilities are open, nicely appointed, and is designed for a smaller number of residents. My husband had a short stay at Lakeview Memory Care in Bloomingdale. Everyone was so nice there and he received excellent care for his short stay. Clean and comfortable facility. I was happy he was in good hands. Helpful staff was great! Thank you Lakeview!
