I brought my 94 year old mother to Lakeview Memory Care after touring about 8-10 other places. [Name removed] was warm and inviting. She explained everything clearly and was patient with all my many questions. I am so glad I picked Lakeview! I truly got lucky with my choice! Lakeview is an exceptional community. I say this as a licensed professional who is very particular because result of this. From the moment you enter the front door, this is evident! The care that is provided is more than what I expected. It’s carefully thought out and personalized to provide what each resident needs physically and mentally. I am so grateful for the friendliness of the staff. I am also grateful for the help of the staff in helping me handle my mom's laundry. I am grateful for their neverending kindness in helping my mom call me! My only discrepancy is my mom's room and bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned daily as promised.
I and my family are very happy with the staff and aids taking care of my mother/grandma at Lakeview Memory Care. In these trying times you guys have done a yeoman's job with phone calls and such. This community goes above and beyond for their residents. They treat their residents as if they are their own loved one!!! The care is exceptional. The activities department is always looking for fun ideas to share with their residents!! Highly recommend you look at this community for your loved one!!! My aunt is a current resident of Lakeview Memory Care. I've been quite impressed in my experiences at this facility. For starters, the interior, the decorating and the atmosphere is all top notch. I really like how residents can furnish their rooms with as much or as little of their favorite furniture and mementos. This has been helpful for my aunt. I have looked at many places for my mother. We had her in another community and I finally was able to move her to this community. She is comfortable, clean and happy here!! The staff really knows and understands my mother's needs. I can see a big difference in my mom's mood and she is engaged in the activities. My dad seems to be settling in nicely here. I feel that the staff here are very good with their residents, attentive, friendly and caring. My dad is starting to take part in the activities and going to the dining room for his meals. There's lots of room for him to take his walks and I know he is safe here. I would recommend this community to those looking for a nice place.

Mom seems to be doing alright being here. She is starting to interact and socialize with the other residents that are living here. The community is brand new so everything is very nice extremely clean. The staff is very good helpful and friendly. Considering that they are still new there are not a lot of residents there yet so the activities are limited the hope is once they start getting more residents than the activities will increase. Mom hasn't complained about the food so it must be good.
