RecommendedThe vets are amazing, especially Dr Mason. She's super nice, she's got such a bubbly personality. She genuinely cares about you and your pet. Staff is always friendly. They usually can work me in for an appointment if it's urgent. I can call and get refills on medications for my dogs
As always they love my pets, always looking out what is best for them. No matter who sees the dogs for their appointment they take the time to answer my questions. The get you in and out of the appointment with short wait time. Highly recommend
The staff at Lakeway are WONDERFUL!! My dog Grayson has been experiencing weight loss and drinking excessive amounts of water and it had me extremely concerned. I called them first thing in the morning and they made time to see him in the afternoon. Dr. Hughes was able to tell me within 20 minutes that my dog had diabetes. She was extremely informative and addressed all of my questions and concerns. I’m very thankful for everything she did to get to the bottom of what was going on with my Grayson ❤️

We have been going to Lakeway since moving here almost seven years ago. First with two toy poodles who lived to 18 and 16 1/2. Dr. Jennifer Mason was so considerate and caring when they had to be put to rest. And we just had Cooper’s two year check-up yesterday with Dr. Caitlyn Hughes, because Dr. Mason was doing a surgery. Dr. Hughes was new to us, but was also excellent. And she was so loving of our Cooper, a rescue terrier dachshund mix. They are very knowledgeable I've been going to them for years they have help me say goodbye to many pets and walk me all the way through it my animals love them and right now I have a rescue that absolutely adores going there they're never afraid Dr Mason takes her time what's all the animals in especially if there and need I couldn't say enough good things about all the veterinarians there
After having a bad experience at another vet office Dr. Jennifer Mason made me feel so comfortable and she was excellent in the care she gave to my fur baby. I am so happy that the Jefferson Humane Society recommended Lakeway Veterinarian.. Thank you Dr. Mason.
