Good salesman, took longer than expected though Bill was a good help, took for 4-5 weeks to get my truck. Happy with the overall work though. He wants pushy for the sale & thats a good thing

Knowledgeable Friendly Informative Staff was very friendly to me. Kelsey and Manita really cared about finding me a car I loved and that would be within my budget. I was shown many different options and ended up finding a vehicle i am extremely happy with!! Awesome Honest Service Great service and knowledgeable staff, saved me money from what I thought would be a car rental to have things done for a few days was checked out ahead of time and ended up not an issue which saved me from renting. Thanks to Erika thinking of the customer first.
Oil change and winter tires As usual my experience was excellent. I work across from west gate chev and they are not nearly as easy to deal with. I will probably my car there now just as the free oil changes are finished and wedtgste is walking distance to my work. Have enjoyed Lakewood all round good service
My vehicle maintenance appointment/work pushed back. My appointment was scheduled several weeks in advance. Dropped off my S.U.V.at dealership and left it there all day. I was contacted in afternoon and told technician booked to work on my vehicle would be away that afternoon. I had to pick up my S.U.V. and do drop off all over again next day. It couldn't have been easier After several weeks of shopping several dealerships, I knew exactly what I wanted. I found a truck I wanted on the lakewood website. From the time I contacted dealership (Sean Simon) to the moment I drove away the truck. My experience was easy and lacked the typical sales pressure. I hope I don't need a vehicle for several years but if I do I will start at Lakewood.
Great experience Lucky uppal the salesman was charming witty and very knowledgeable. He helped with multiple test drives and didn't type and sell the most expensive he went for the most pertenant to me
